Prima Rose Quarts Bohemian Card

Hello dears!  Today I am sharing my final project for Scrapy Land.  :(  This has been the most amazing and talented team to work with, but as you all know I am going a mile a minute these days and can't seem to keep up.  I'm starting to have anxiety with completing projects on time and had to let something go.  I will definitely keep up with the team's beautiful creations and will be entering the challenges again in the future.  Speaking of challenges, our newest challenge begins today with a them of Always Anything Goes with a Die Cut Brand that Scrapy Land sells.

I was eager to play with my new Prima Rose Quartz papers.  I decided to use one of the collage images as a focal point and blend in some of my all time favorite dies.  I cut a Sizzix Tim Holtz Ornate Frame No. 2 from chipboard, then adhered a second cut from one of the black patterned papers over it.  I tucked in a favorite Prima doily die cut for contrast and texture.

I fussy cut a bouquet from the collection.  I curled the corners of my focal element and added some glittery Prima stickers.  These are the insides of the hole reinforcers from a My Prima Planner package, which I had won in a giveaway.  :)

I wanted to tuck a strip of die cut lace and was so excited to find that one of the Sizzix doily set borders matched the Prima doily almost perfectly!  Woot woot!  I curled the paper up to emphasize this element.  I finished with a fussy cut feather, a folded paper flower and a twine bow.  I just wish I had more time to make a few other designs!

Come play along with our current challenge for a chance to win one of two giftcards to the Scrapy Land shop!  And to the SL DT, thank you so much for the encouragement and support these past six months.  I have learned so much from each of you and look forward to continuing our friendship.  xx, Autumn

Autumn, your card is Heaven in paper! I love the Ornate frame in that paper--it offers the perfect contrast to the delicate patterns and lacy elements! Just beautiful, as always! So sorry you will no longer be on the team, but perfectly understandable! Sending big hugs your way!

As beautiful as ever Autumn parting with a bloom of colour and embellishment. I am sure that you will be sorely missed but I understand that at times you need to take a step back. Stay well and I hope that feeling of chasing your own tail begins to slow down. Big Hugs Tracey xx

WEll done Autumn - this is amazing - Love all the layers and subtle textures you have there.
Sorry to hear you were not doing well, and way better that you step back and be able to enjoy your craft, than to keep on and lose the joy.
Blessings
Maxine

Beautiful! The feather is just perfect! As always, your layers are fantastic! I think it is the right thing to do to let things go, if you are getting anxiety rather than crafty therapy. Thanks for sharing!

I'm not surprised something had to give - I think you must be one of the busiest crafters out there! Scrapyland will miss you, but you've finished up with a lovely card in the beautiful blush of rose quartz. Delightful!
